Kristi Dailey reserves all ownership and copyrights to the content, graphics and artwork in all of these illustrations, graphics, images, digital works, designs and text on kristidailey.com. Your purchase of these graphics and images incudes a limited use license from kristidailey.com.
Rights are for the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.
Each image comes with a limited use license for the original purchaser only. The purchaser may use the graphics for completed projects for personal use and resale under the terms listed below.
The original purchaser may use the graphics to complete handmade projects for resale & profit up to 100 times per image per calendar year, for each graphic purchased. Products for CD Rom or Download are not permitted.
When listing completed projects on blogs, etsy, facebook, personal websites, forums or online venues, or if using these images for a project submitted to magazines or other publications, it is required that credit be given to Kristi Dailey in a reasonably visible way. No link back to DigiStampCafe is required.

Failure to post credit to Kristi Dailey can result in your website, blog or auction being removed without warning. Basically, any project or product created using our graphics and displayed online, requires a visible credit to Kristi Dailey any where the imags are posted.
